Deal structured in Portugal with an impact on Angola: Incentia acquires F3M Angola.

The Portuguese technology company inCentea, headquartered in Leiria, has acquired the Angolan operations of F3M (a company based in Braga), thereby strengthening its presence in Angola and consolidating its strategy of using mergers and acquisitions as a growth engine. The deal, announced in November 2025, aligns with the group's strategic plan to double its revenue by 2027.

F3M Angola, based at the Living Business Center in Luanda, was the local arm of the Braga-based tech firm, specializing in business solutions and digital transformation. Through this integration, inCentea expands its technical and human capabilities in the Angolan market, reinforcing its position as a benchmark for management and digitalization solutions in Africa. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The integration in Angola represents another step toward realizing our vision: growing based on people and the knowledge we share across geographies. People are the driving force behind our expansion; they enable us to ensure continuity, innovation, and value in every market where we operate,” stated Rui Silva, a board member at inCentea.
